What equipment do I need for Rope Access?
Each rope tech has a preference for their own personal kit pieces, and sometimes it all depends on what job we are working on. But here is a general guideline of what you need in a Basic Rope Access Kit.
There are so many harnesses out there. How do I know which one I’d like?
The go-to harness that we use in our training center is the Petzl Astro Bod Harness. You can also message us and tell us your needs and budget! Don't be shy, stop by our shop in Richmond to try them on for size(under Covid measures). Yes. Let us know your personal preference of any type of gear. If they manufacture it, we can order it in!
Can I special order something that's not on your website?
Can I stop by your showroom?
Yes, But....In an effort to maintain a safe working environment for our staff, please wear a face mask or face cover during your visit. Stay home if you feel sick or have travelled outside of Canada in the past 14-day. In the meantime, feel free to call us or message us to get a quote or get your questions answered!

Do you ship all products? Next day delivery?
Yes, and yes. Call us if you need a rush for a special last minute gear request! We’ll do our best to try to help you when in a pinch! Due to Covid-19, please allow extra processing time on special order items. Estimated lead time can be found under the product description.
How can I track my order?
We send out an email confirmation with shipment details and tracking number. Click through that tracking number to see where your goods are.
My order never arrived.
Take a deep breath, send us an email with details of what you ordered and we’ll help you out. Order can experience delay due to item availability and shipping. Due to Covid-19, longer lead time can be expected.
