Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Special Order items (if applicable)
All special order item (items with an estimated lead time) are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Items not approved for a refund may be exchanged if they are defective or damaged before use. If items were damaged after purchase, they will not be eligible for refund or exchange. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact HERE

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $100, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Shipping International 

A processing fee will be added to orders shipping to the United States. The buyer is responsible for all customs, duties and tariffs for international shipping. We are a Canadian company located in Vancouver, BC.  

 

Cancellations for training
The following cancellation fees are as follows:
-Cancellations made over 14 days before registered course = $250.
-Cancellations made between 7-14 days before registered course = 50% course fee.
-Cancellations made between 0-7 days before registered course will not be refunded. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING.
